1. Residential Counselor

St. Mary's Home for Boys is accepting applications for counselors to work with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed boys, ages 10-17. The job is part of a team of trained professionals and is for the second shift, from 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm daily. This fast-paced job requires the ability to make quick, authoritative decisions based on standards and protocols within the St. Mary's Home environment, providing consistent leadership and quality guidance to the clients. St. Mary's is not a MR/DD, CMI or D & A Facility

This position requires a BA/BS degree in psychology, sociology or other behavioral science. A recent internship or experience with similar clients is preferred. Excellent benefits. $11.00/hr to start with potential increase to $12.25 after 6 months. Hired employee must pass State and FBI criminal background check. 2. Case Manager

St. Mary's Home for Boys is accepting applications for a full-time Case Manager working with youth ages 10-17 with behavioral and emotional disorders. Caseload may include working with clients with sexually aggressive and fire-setting behaviors. The Case Manager provides case management services for assigned caseload and provides individual, group and family counseling. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive case assessment, service plan and transition planning in conjunction with DHS/CAF and OYA and/or local school districts. The Case Manager functions within a Treatment Team with emphasis on cottage/program team effort. It is a fast-paced position and requires the use of strong, persuasive communication skills. Excellent writing and organization skills with attention to details are imperative to successful completion of responsiblities.

Requires MA/MS in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work and/or closely related area and one year experience with similar clients in a residential or day treatment similar setting with cognitive behavioral programming and case management experience. 3. Licensed Psychologist

St. Mary's Home for Boys has a part-time position available to work with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed boys ages 10-18. The 16-hour position will be responsible for oversight of clinical services for the Day Treatment Program, supervision of five doctoral-level practicum students (residential and day treatment) and may do occasional psychological evaluations. Position requirements: PH.D. or Psy.D from an APA accredited school and licensed in the State of Oregon.

Clinical supervision certification. Minimum of two years post-doctorate experience with at-risk youth. Must possess knowledge of a variety of intervention strategies with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral. Must possess outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and organization skills; Previous experience in a day treatment setting or residential treatment facility working with a diverse clientele preferred.
